THE LACK OF DNC DSA & LEFT INTEGRITY THEREIN:

THE LACK OF DNC DSA & LEFT INTEGRITY THEREIN:

Not long ago we read the article "Chicago DSA is Defending the Right to Protest Genocide at the DNC" May 30, 2024 by Nicky Martin Delorme

Where allegedly the "Chicago DSA (CDSA) won a successful campaign this spring to defend the chapter’s endorsed alderperson Byron Sigcho-Lopez from censure after he spoke at an anti-war protest that featured the burning of an American flag. CDSA leadership spoke with Democratic Left about the action’s wider political context in Chicago" but which most often seems divided over simplistic issues on which the DNC DSA GOP similarly fail to agree as they empower TRUMP in their corrupted inactions.

Where their principles divide and their historical compromises corrupt neutralize and compromise their comrades time and time again in inaction as those tactics nulified the socialists of world war one in support of Imperialism and imperialist war. as they still as a matter of fact utilize Facebook twitter and other rightwing controlled websites in their service to counter-revolution and capitalist reaction as one great government controlled enterprise of the CIA based ASL (Anti-Stalinist Left) as they are like Trump forever prisoners of their Cold War Origins.

DNC . socialist, communist, anti-war, pro-union and pro-Palestinian groups

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is a mainstream center-left political party that, in general, does not align with the platforms of socialist, communist, or radical anti-war and pro-Palestinian groups. However, the DNC has strong historical ties to pro-union groups.

Here is a breakdown of the DNC's relationship with each of these groups, and the differing viewpoints that exist within the party.

Socialist and communist groups
The DNC's mainstream platform is not socialist or communist. It supports a capitalist economy while advocating for government regulation and social programs. This places it in opposition to the core tenets of socialism and communism, which call for greater or complete government control of the means of production.

Internal dynamics: Democratic voters, particularly younger ones, have shown increased favorability toward democratic socialism, which some describe as a system that empowers workers and provides stronger social safety nets, rather than the state control associated with communism.

Political strategy: Organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) sometimes run candidates within the Democratic party, aiming to push the party's platform to the left. However, more radical socialists want to completely transform or abandon the Democratic party.
DNC vs. far-left groups: Radical socialist and communist groups often oppose the DNC outright. For example, some groups associated with these ideologies participated in protests at the 2024 Democratic National Convention to voice their opposition to the party's platform.

Anti-war and pro-Palestinian groups
The DNC is not an anti-war party and does not align with the positions of most pro-Palestinian groups. While the Democratic platform expresses support for strengthening American leadership abroad and leading with diplomacy, it also supports maintaining a strong military.
Divisions over Gaza: The DNC leadership's stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has caused significant tension and division within the party, particularly following the 2023 war in Gaza.

Protests and internal friction:
Prominent anti-war and pro-Palestinian groups organized large-scale protests at the 2024 DNC in Chicago, with thousands demonstrating against the party's handling of the war.

Advocacy groups have criticized the DNC for ignoring the concerns of its base on this issue.

Activists and some delegates supporting the Palestinian cause were frustrated by the party leadership's unwillingness to give them a platform at the convention.

Polling data: Recent polls have shown a significant shift in the Democratic voter base, with a growing number of Democrats sympathizing more with Palestinians than Israelis. Support for Israel's military actions in Gaza has also dropped steeply among Democrats.

Pro-union groups
The DNC has a long-standing and publicly supportive relationship with labor unions. The party platform explicitly states that "when workers are strong, America is strong," and highlights President Biden's pro-union actions.

Recent DNC platform: The 2024 Democratic Party Platform includes numerous pro-union provisions, such as fighting for the PRO Act, opposing "right-to-work" laws, strengthening labor standards, and protecting the pensions of union members.

Relationship under strain: Despite the DNC's official support, its relationship with labor groups has faced recent challenges. In 2025, some union leaders grew frustrated with the party, with two leaders leaving their posts at the DNC over concerns the party had become too insular and was not responding to the needs of union voters.

DNC's response: The DNC, under its new chair, has made efforts to re-engage with labor groups and focus on a pro-worker agenda to win back the trust of union members.
